[Abstract]Objective：To explore the application effect of health management mode on pulmonary nodules examinees and its influence on health behavior.Method：A total of 5OO examineeswith pulmonary nodules who werescreened byphysical examinations in Karamay Central Hospital from July 2O22 to June 2024 weredivided into the control group （ n=250 ，applied the conventional management mode） and the study group （ n =250，appliedthe health management mode） byrandom number table method.Health knowledge awarenes，health behavior，mental stateand satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result： The health knowledge awareness and health behavior scores ofthe study group after intervention were higher than those of the control group，the diferences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）and self-rating depression scale （SDS） in the study group after intervention were lower than those inthe control group，the diferences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.The total satisfaction of the study group （97.20% ） was higher than that of the control group （92.40% ），the differencewas statistically significant （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The application of health management mode in pulmonary nodules examinees can efectively improve the health knowledge awarenessand health behavior of the examinees，improve the mental state，and the satisfaction is good.
