Effect of Participatory Nursing Combined with Positive Psychological Support Nursing on Impulsive Behavior in Patients with Bipolar Disorder/WAN Hongying， CAO Yue.//Medical Innovationof China， 2025，22（18）： 066-069

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of participatory nursing combined with positive psychological support nursing on impulsive behavior in patients with bipolar disorder （BD）.Method：A total of 8O BD patients admitted to fromJanuary 2O21 to May 2O24 were selectedasthe studyobjects， and 38 BD patients who received positive psychological support nursing from January 2O21 to March 2O23 were selected as thecontrol group.A total of 42BD patients who received participatory nursing combined with positive psychological support from April 2O23 to May 2024 were selected as the observation group. The incidence of adverse events was evaluated in two groups;the condition recovery [brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS）， nursing observation rating scale （NORS），Hamilton depressionscale （HAMD），impulsive behavior[mental overtaggression scale （MOAS）score，functional assssmentofself-mutilation （FASM）]of the two groups beforeand afterintervention were compared.Result： Before intervention，the BPRS，NORS， MOAS，F(xiàn)ASM and HAMD scores between the two groups were comparable （ P >0.05）.After intervention，all scores in both groups were improved compared with those beforeintervention，andNORSscores intheobservation group were higher than those inthecontrol group，the scores of BRMS，MOAS，F(xiàn)ASM and HAMD were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： Participatory nursing combined with positive psychological support nursing has remarkable nursing effect，which can reduce impulsive behavior in BD patients.
