我國校園欺凌的法律規(guī)制研究

摘要：近年來校園欺凌事件頻發(fā)，越來越引起社會公眾的關(guān)注。從我國目前有關(guān)校園欺凌的立法情況來看，我國校園欺凌的法律規(guī)制存在法律規(guī)定不完善、法律執(zhí)行力度不夠、法律意識淡薄等問題。因此應(yīng)當(dāng)從設(shè)立校園欺凌專項(xiàng)法律、明確學(xué)校和家長的責(zé)任、增強(qiáng)法律意識方面進(jìn)行完善。

On the Legal Regulation of School Bullying in China

Abstract： Recent years have witnessed frequent occurrences of school bullying， which has gained increasing public attention. From the perspective of China’s current legislation on school bullying， there are issues such as imperfect legal provisions， insufficient enforcement of laws， and a lack of legal awareness. Accordingly， improvements should be made in establishing special laws on school bullying， clarifying the responsibilities of schools and parents， and raising legal awareness.
