摘  要：文章以中國各省市為研究對象，探討其物流科技創(chuàng)新能力問題，從宏觀情況、投入能力、產(chǎn)出能力3個方面構(gòu)建物流科技創(chuàng)新評價體系，運用因子分析法和聚類分析法對各省市物流科技創(chuàng)新能力進行評估，并提出針對性發(fā)展建議。

Abstract： This paper takes Chinese provinces and cities as the research object， discusses their logistics science and technology innovation ability， constructs logistics science and technology innovation evaluation system from the macro situation， input ability and output ability， uses factor analysis method and cluster analysis method to evaluate the logistics science and technology innovation ability of provinces and cities， and puts forward specific development suggestions.
