專業(yè)綜合評(píng)估背景下物流類專業(yè)人才創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)體系研究

摘 要:文章基于普通高校專業(yè)評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析了目前物流類專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)存在的問題,根據(jù)專業(yè)綜合評(píng)估中定位與目標(biāo)、師資隊(duì)伍、教學(xué)資源、培養(yǎng)過程、學(xué)生發(fā)展、專業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)與特色六個(gè)內(nèi)涵要求,構(gòu)建了以創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐能力為目標(biāo)的培養(yǎng)體系,以提高物流類專業(yè)人才的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐能力。

Abstract: Based on the professional evaluation standards of colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the talent training of logistics majors. According to the six connotation requirements in the comprehensive evaluation of majors, namely, positioning and objectives, teaching staff, teaching resources, training process, student development, professional advantages and characteristics, it constructs a training system aiming at innovative practical ability. In order to improve the innovation and practice ability of logistics professionals.
