區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)下山東省冷鏈物流保障體系構(gòu)建研究

摘 要：文章結(jié)合山東省冷鏈物流保障體系的建設(shè)規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀，從區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)角度，分析其與應(yīng)急物流的契合程度，并構(gòu)建山東省冷鏈物流保障體系，完善冷鏈物流管理體制；結(jié)合山東省冷鏈物流特點(diǎn)，文章提出完善特色品類(lèi)冷鏈物流體系策略，并利用區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈管理系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建。

Abstract： This paper combines the current situation of the construction planning of the cold chain logistics guarantee system in Shandong Province， analyzes its compatibility with emergency logistics from the perspective of blockchain technology， builds the cold chain logistics guarantee system in Shandong Province， improves the cold chain logistics management system， combines the characteristics of Shandong cold chain logistics， puts forward the strategy of improving the cold chain logistics system of featured categories， and uses the blockchain technology to build the supply chain management system.

2022年山東省人民政府發(fā)布《山東省“十四五”冷鏈物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃》，對(duì)山東省冷鏈物流從發(fā)展布局、發(fā)展重點(diǎn)、主要任務(wù)等方面做了明確規(guī)劃，對(duì)蔬菜、水果、水產(chǎn)品、肉類(lèi)、乳品、速凍食品及醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品等冷鏈物流提出具體發(fā)展策略。（剩余4280字）
