Abstract:Tispaperexploresinnovativepathways forlocaluniversities toempowerafter-scholservicesinprimaryandsecondary scholsthroughcollaborativemechanisms,taking JiangxiProvinceasacasestudyItproposesaninnovativeapproachbasedonthe constructionofacharacteristiccurrculummodelithJiangxi'slocalfeatures.Thestdyestablisesafour-dimensionalfameworkof "objective-content-mechanism-evaluation",addressingissuessuchasmbiguouscurrculumpositioning,decontextualized content,inefntcolorationdiasedalutioniferholestoughlicyciatio,esoueiteation andculturalembedding.Amixed-methodsapproach,combiningquestionairesurveysandin-depthinterviews,waseploedto validatehefeasibilityandefectivenessoftemoelTheresultsindicatethatlcalunivesissignificantlyehancetequalityof after-schoolservicesinprimaryndecondarysholsthroughcolaborativemechanisms,promotingeducatioalequityandquality improvement.This"Jiangxiaradigm"providesnewinsightsandpracticalsolutionsforeducationalcollaboratiedevelopmentin
