Preparationand Analysisof Reference Samples for Flue-cured Tobacco Roughnest

Abstract:Inordertoachieveintuitiveandhighlyefcientguidanceforthesortingoftobaccleavesofvaryinggrades,thisstudied commencedwithanin-depthdisetionoftheconceptualdefinitionofleafstructureinthenationaltandardqualityfactorsofflue-ured tobaco.Itegatingteactualcumsancsoftbacoleafsortingpeatiosthatrbutefctorofeafstructurenamelyess, wascarefullselectedanddetermined.Primary-curedtobaccoleavesfromthreecitiesinHenanprovincewereselectedasthetest samples.Acomprehensivesuiteofmethodsinsensoryanalysistechniques,includingtherankingmethod,F(xiàn)riedmantest,ultiple comparison,and descriptive analysis,were employed. The roughness of flue cured tobacco was painstakingly classified into seven distinctgrades:fin,elativelyin,sligtlyne,medm,slightlyough,elativelyough,andoughubsequentlyyicalece sampleswerefabricatedTheresultsrevealedthat theseroughnessreferencesamplescouldefectivelydistinguish tobacoleavswith diferentroughnesscharacterisics.ediferencsamongchgadeereotolysignificantbutalsostisticallyverifiableoeove tobaccoleaveswithdiferentroughnesslevelsexhibitednoticeabledisparitiesinsensory-evaluationquality,followingcertain discerniblepattrs.Duringthepracticalprocessoftobacoleafsorting,theroughessreferencesamplesdemonstratedrearkable applicabilityandperability.Inconclusionthereferencesamplsdeveloedintisstudyofervitalteoreticalsupportforaprofound understandingand preciseinterpretationoftheroughnessconept withinthequalityfactorsofleaf-surfacestructure.Theyalsoplaya pivotal role in effectively guiding industrial-scale tobacco leaf sorting operations.

我國(guó)烤煙分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)從20世紀(jì)50年代的地方性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(16級(jí)、10級(jí)、9級(jí)、17級(jí)等)到中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(下文簡(jiǎn)稱國(guó)標(biāo))15級(jí),再到20世紀(jì)90年代初建立的以成熟度、葉片結(jié)構(gòu)、身份、油分、色度5個(gè)外觀品質(zhì)因素為主要分級(jí)依據(jù)的烤煙42級(jí)國(guó)標(biāo)分級(jí)技術(shù)體系,從將煙收購(gòu)發(fā)展到目前的專業(yè)化分級(jí)、散葉收購(gòu),不管是收購(gòu)等級(jí)數(shù)量的變化還是收購(gòu)方式的變化,都是為了提高煙葉的等級(jí)質(zhì)量。(剩余6419字)
