Abstract:Toadresstheintensecompetitionintheseedmarketandensuretherobustdevelopmentofthecauliflowerseedindustry genotyping technologywasemployedforpreciseandeficientvarietyidentificationandpurityassessmentofovellosecauliflower cultivars.Singlenucleotidepolymorphisms(SNPs)weredetectedusingthecompetitivealelespecific KompetitiveAlele Specific PCR (KASPPCR)techniqueonloosecauliflowerastheexperimentalmaterial.High-throughputsequencingfacilitatedteidentificationofNPlocisuitableforbrocolivarietydiscriminationthroughbioinformaticsanalysisSubsequently,thepurityofthenew SonghuavarietiesJnsong75,Jinsong90,andJinsong105waaseedusingtheidentifiedSNPlociandKASPgenotypingtecholo gy.Theresultsdemonstratedahighlevelofagreementbetwenthegenotypingresultsndpurityasessment(r0.904).Inconclusion,theSNPmarker-basedapproachestablisedinthissudyofersareliablemethodforvarietyidenificatonandpurityassessment,therebyitigatingconomiclosesfromsdentifidhyrds,inimiingpotentialdisputes,hancingidentificatioey andacuracy,providingsubstantialevidenceforvarietyprotectionandpresentingsignificantpracticalvalueintheralmofSongua hybrid dentification and variety safeguarding.
