Effect of Different Seedling Substrates on the Growth and Development of Sweet Potato Seedlings

(HenanUniversityofScienceandTechnologyCollegeofAgriculture/SwetPotatoIndustryInstitute,Luoyang,Henan47Ohia) Abstract:Inordertopromotethedevelopmentofsweetpotatosedlingindustryandexploretheinfluenceofsubstrateonthegrowth ofswetpotatosedings.Tisstudyselectedcultiatedsoilandtwoommercialsedlingsubstratesastestmaterials,withstota tovarietyPushu3astheindicatorvarietyecomparativeexperimentofsedlingsubstratesasondutedinteligtcultiation roomofHenan UniversityofScienceandTechology.Theresultsshowedthattheseedlingefectsofthetwocommercialsubstrates wereoutstanding,withplantheight,stemdiameter,SPAD,freshweight,rootshotratio,andstrongseedlingindexincreasedby 37.81 % , 3.84% , 16.93% ,60.49 % , 42.50% ,and 24.57% on average compared with cultivated soil.The nutrient content of the entire seedling plant significantly increased, with an average increase of 29 % , 204% ,and 73% in nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium contentcomparedtoeulivatedsoilorelatioanalysissowdtatteulkensitytotalporositywaterholdingpores,icatter,andtherindicatorsofthesubstrateweresignifcantlyoextremelysignficantlycoelatedwiththegrowthidicatorsofsweet potatoseedling.Inonlusioeorelatioaalysiseteeeicalndmicalprortsofdintsubstatadte growthindicatorsofseepotatosedingsshowedthat tebulkdensityporosity,waterholdingpres,rganicmater,andothpopertiesofsubstraeswererelatedtoseetpotatoseedlinggrowthindicatos.Thegrowthofsdlingsissgnificantlycoelatedandcan be used as a key factor in the selection of sweet potato seedling substrates.

甘薯(IpomoeabatatasL.)作為旋花科無性繁殖作物,是全球重要的糧食作物之一,聯(lián)合國糧食及農(nóng)業(yè)組織(FAO)最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示,截至2020年,全球甘薯的種植面積高達(dá) 8.00×106hm2 ,總產(chǎn)量達(dá)到 1.05× 108t ,亞洲甘薯總產(chǎn)量占全球產(chǎn)量的 62.56% ,中國是全球最大的甘薯生產(chǎn)國,種植面積僅次于水稻、小麥、玉米和馬鈴薯。(剩余7985字)
