基于“5W2H分析法”的醫(yī)院陪護(hù)模式選擇

摘要：醫(yī)院的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展對(duì)高質(zhì)量陪護(hù)提出了新要求，引入“5W2H分析法”，從管理、法律、心理和滿意度等方面，對(duì)當(dāng)前醫(yī)院主要采用的親屬陪護(hù)、第三方專職陪護(hù)和無陪護(hù)三種陪護(hù)模式的利與弊展開綜合剖析，旨在為院方選擇陪護(hù)模式提供借鑒。

Abstract：Thehigh-qualitydevelopmentofthehospitalhasputforwardnewrequirementsforhigh-qualityescort.Byintroducingthe“5W2Hanalysismethod”，fromtheaspectsofmanagement，law，psychologyandsatisfaction，thecurrenthospitalsmainlyuserelativeescort，third-partyfull-timeescortandunaccompaniedescort.Theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthethreeescortmodesarecomprehensivelyanalyzed，aimingtoprovidereferenceforthehospitaltochoosetheescortmode.

1醫(yī)院陪護(hù)與“5W2H分析法”的主要內(nèi)涵

1.1醫(yī)院陪護(hù)概念的界定
