公立醫(yī)院高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的思考與實(shí)踐

摘要：高質(zhì)量發(fā)展是當(dāng)前衛(wèi)生健康行業(yè)研究的重點(diǎn)課題。從分析公立醫(yī)院高質(zhì)量發(fā)展面臨的形勢(shì)、存在的不足入手，提出了公立醫(yī)院高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)思想、實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑，并介紹了上海市第一人民醫(yī)院的具體實(shí)踐，以供同行借鑒和參考。

2021年，《國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳關(guān)于推動(dòng)公立醫(yī)院高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的意見》和《公立醫(yī)院高質(zhì)量發(fā)展促進(jìn)行動(dòng)（2021—2025年）》印發(fā)，公立醫(yī)院建設(shè)發(fā)展進(jìn)入了戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型期，高質(zhì)量發(fā)展成為重要課題。（剩余5968字）
