大口徑水流量標準裝置的研制與不確定度評定

【摘要】本文介紹了DN25~DN300口徑的靜態(tài)質量法水流量標準裝置,裝置的等級為0.1級。通過分析,該裝置的不確定度主要來源于計時器、電子秤質量測量、換向器的同步性、標準砝碼及分辨力。該裝置不確定度的評定對流量計量值傳遞的準確性有重要意義。

Development and Uncertainty Evaluation of A Large-diameter Water Flow Standard Device

Abstract: This article introduces a static mass method water flow standard device with a diameter of DN25~DN300, with a rating of 0.1. Through analysis, the uncertainty of the device mainly comes from the timer, electronic scale mass measurement, synchronicity of the commutator, standard weight, and resolution. The evaluation of the uncertainty of the device is of great significance for the accuracy of flow measurement value transmission.
