醫(yī)用診斷全景牙科X射線輻射源關(guān)鍵參數(shù)不確定度評(píng)定

【摘要】全景牙科X射線機(jī)是用于診斷口腔疾病的先進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)影像設(shè)備，廣泛應(yīng)用于各級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)，其準(zhǔn)確性對(duì)醫(yī)生準(zhǔn)確診斷病人口腔疾病至關(guān)重要。本文分析了醫(yī)用診斷全景牙科X射線輻射源關(guān)鍵校準(zhǔn)參數(shù)的不確定度來源，按照要求建立模型，對(duì)空氣比釋動(dòng)能率及管電壓的不確定度進(jìn)行評(píng)定。

Abstract： The panoramic dental X-ray machine is an advanced medical imaging equipment specially equipped for the diagnosis of oral diseases， which is widely used at all levels of medical institutions， and its accuracy directly affects the measurement results and personal safety. This paper analyzes the sources of uncertainty of key calibration parameters of medical diagnostic panoramic dental X-ray radiation source， establishes a model in accordance with the requirements， and evaluated the uncertainties of the air specific kinetic energy rate and tube voltage.
