【摘要】文章首先概述了氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用法的概念與技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)，然后以實(shí)驗(yàn)方式驗(yàn)證了氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用法在柑橘類水果農(nóng)殘檢測(cè)中的作用，最后總結(jié)了氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用法用于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品農(nóng)殘檢測(cè)的要點(diǎn)，希望可以更好地普及該檢測(cè)方法，全面保障食品安全。

Experimental Analysis of Pesticide Residue Detection in Agricultural Products Based on Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

Abstract： The article first outlines the concept and technical advantages of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS）， then demonstrates the role of GC-MS in the detection of pesticide residues in citrus fruits through experimental methods， and finally summarizes the key points of using GC-MS for the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products. It is hoped that the dection method can be better popularized to ensure food safety in all-round way.
