紫外可見(jiàn)分光光度計(jì)檢定中的誤差分析與控制

【摘要】本文結(jié)合JJG 178—2007《紫外、可見(jiàn)、近紅外分光光度計(jì)》檢定規(guī)程，簡(jiǎn)單分析了紫外可見(jiàn)分光光度計(jì)檢定項(xiàng)目，闡述了紫外可見(jiàn)分光光度計(jì)檢定中的主要誤差來(lái)源，進(jìn)一步分析了誤差產(chǎn)生的原因，針對(duì)各種誤差來(lái)源提出了相應(yīng)的控制方法，以保證紫外可見(jiàn)分光光度計(jì)檢定的準(zhǔn)確性。

Error Analysis and Control in Calibration of UV-Visible Spectrophotometers

Abstract： This article combines the verification procedures of JJG 178—2007 Ultraviolet，Visible，Near-Infrared Spectrophotometers to analyze the calibration items of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers. It elucidates the main sources of errors in the calibration of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers and further analyzes the causes of these errors. Corresponding control methods are proposed for various error sources to ensure the accuracy of the calibration of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometers.
