奮斗者評價活動的標準化管理

【摘要】為了明確奮斗者的評價方式及評價細則，本文通過設(shè)計奮斗者評價系統(tǒng)，將奮斗者評價活動在線上進行，在提高工作效率的同時還方便管理、方便數(shù)據(jù)溯源和數(shù)據(jù)分析，同時實現(xiàn)了遼寧省標準化研究院奮斗者評價活動標準化管理，以期為相關(guān)單位和個人提供參考借鑒。

Standardized Management of Struggler Evaluation Activities

Abstract： In order to clarify the evaluation methods and detailed rules of strivers， a striver evaluation system is designed to conduct striver evaluation activities online， which not only improves work efficiency but also facilitates management， data traceability， and data analysis. At the same time， standardized management of striver evaluation activities by Liaoning Institute of Standardization was achieved， with the aim of providing reference for relevant units and individuals.

1背景和研究現(xiàn)狀
