機(jī)動(dòng)車檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)科研管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】本文探討了科研管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的內(nèi)涵及對(duì)科技創(chuàng)新的作用，論述了科研項(xiàng)目標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的管理框架，提出了機(jī)動(dòng)車檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體系應(yīng)用的推進(jìn)策略。運(yùn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化理念、方法和工具，通過頂層設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建科研管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，將制度固化形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，推動(dòng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)施和動(dòng)態(tài)完善可有效提升科技創(chuàng)新的效率和質(zhì)量。
