石油勘探企業(yè)物資供應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理策略分析

【摘要】 石油勘探企業(yè)在發(fā)展中主要的問(wèn)題集中在物資供應(yīng)以及日常管理方面。由于石油勘探工作中需要的物資較多，因此在物資的供應(yīng)環(huán)節(jié)中會(huì)消耗企業(yè)較大的成本，很有可能會(huì)造成企業(yè)內(nèi)部資金鏈出現(xiàn)斷裂。因此，石油勘探企業(yè)應(yīng)通過(guò)對(duì)物資供應(yīng)體系的優(yōu)化，建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的管理模式，采用有效手段保證成本控制。

Abstract： The main problems in the development of oil exploration companies are concentrated in the supply of materials and daily management. Due to the large amount of materials required in oil exploration work，the company will consume a relatively large cost in the supply of materials，and it is likely to cause a break in the company's internal capital chain. Therefore，oil exploration companies should optimize the material supply system，establish a standardized management model，and adopt effective means to ensure effective cost control.
