【摘要】 本文介紹了檢驗(yàn)檢測認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)科研管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的必要性，提出系統(tǒng)需求及功能設(shè)計(jì)，從而提高檢驗(yàn)檢測認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)科技創(chuàng)新管理水平，推動檢驗(yàn)檢測機(jī)構(gòu)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

1 系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的必要性

檢驗(yàn)檢測認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)大多是以各類檢驗(yàn)檢測認(rèn)證活動和科研活動為主的數(shù)據(jù)密集型機(jī)構(gòu)，這類機(jī)構(gòu)在日常工作中積累了大量的顯性和隱性數(shù)據(jù)，包括各個層級的科研課題、論文、專利、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、獎勵、研究成果等，這些都是極其寶貴的數(shù)據(jù)和知識資源。（剩余3723字）
