新型研發(fā)機構內涵及典型案例分析

【摘要】 本文運用文獻分析法對相關政策解讀，研究新型研發(fā)機構的內涵和特點，分析遼寧省新型研發(fā)機構典型案例并總結經驗，為今后科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供支持和借鑒。

Abstract： This article uses research analysis and relevant policy interpretation to study the connotation and characteristics of new research institutions，summarizes and analyzes typical cases of new research institutions in Liaoning province，and provides support and examples for future technological innovation and development.
