醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】 隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，人們對(duì)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)要求不斷提高。醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)在政府監(jiān)督下提供醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)，具有較大的自主運(yùn)營管理權(quán)，所以衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量管理受到自身管理水平的影響。本文研究闡述醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論，分析醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生管理現(xiàn)狀，提出加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量管理的對(duì)策。

Study on the Current Situation of Health Quality Management in

Medical Institutions

Abstract： With the development of social economy，people's requirements for medical and health services are constantly improving. Medical institutions provide medical and health services under the supervision of the government，and have greater autonomy in management and operation. Health quality management is influenced by its own management level. This paper expounds the related theories of health quality management in medical institutions，analyzes the present situation of health management in medical institutions，and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen health quality management in medical institutions.
