[摘要]轉(zhuǎn)向盤本體發(fā)泡外觀不良是發(fā)泡工藝常見的一種失效形式。本文將從發(fā)泡材料的特性、發(fā)泡設(shè)備、制造工藝設(shè)計的確定3個方面出發(fā)，結(jié)合發(fā)泡工藝原理，進行原因分析，并提出解決方法。

Vehicle Steering Wheel Foaming Process - Analysis of Common Poor Appearance

Abstract：Poor foaming appearance of steering wheel body is a common failure form of foaming process. In this paper，starting from the characteristics of foaming material，the determination of foaming equipment and manufacturing process design，combining with the principle of foaming process，causes are analyzed and solutions are proposed.
