[摘要]目前日立汽車系統(tǒng)（日立AMS）為保時(shí)捷Taycan 800V電壓系統(tǒng)提供高功率、高密度的逆變器，該逆變器采用日立公司開(kāi)發(fā)的第三代直接水冷型雙面冷卻功率模塊。本文將對(duì)日立800V功率模塊進(jìn)行深入分析，詳細(xì)闡述功率模塊組成部件和封裝，揭示日立第三代雙面冷卻功率模塊的創(chuàng)新技術(shù)。

Technical Analysis of Hitachi Third Generation Direct Water Cooled Double-sided Cooling Power Module

Abstract：At present，Hitachi Auto System（Hitachi AMS）provides a high-power and high-density inverter for Porsche Taycan 800V voltage system，which uses the third generation direct water-cooled double-sided cooling power module developed by Hitachi. In this paper，Hitachi 800V power module will be analyzed in depth，power module components and packaging will be elaborated in detail，and innovative technology of Hitachi 3rd generation double-sided cooling power module will be revealed.
