[摘要] 通過對不同條件下直流電機的碳刷磨損研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)碳刷磨損量和電流以及PWM控制頻率之間的關系，為電機的碳刷設計提供了理論基礎，同時對于控制頻率的使用和電機控制器（ECU）成本之間的關系也指明了方向。

Study on the Relationship Between Carbon Brush Wear and PWM Control Frequency of Permanent Magnet DC Motor

Abstract：By studying the brush wear of DC motor under different conditions，the relationship between brush wear，current and PWM control frequency is found，which provides the theoretical basis for brush design of DC motor，and the relationship between the use of control frequency and the cost of motor controller （ECU）is also indicated.
