Abstract:Anautomated parking evaluation tool was developed to enhance the functionalityof the platform OnSite(Open Naturalistic Simulationand Testing Environment)forautonomous driving.This tool used ascenario construction method basedon real vehicle data collctionand modeling reconstruction.A more comprehensive test scenariolibrary was established according to industry standardsand parking spacedata.Amultidimensional evaluationsystem was proposed,focusingoncompletionratewhileconsidering safetyeficiencyandaccuracy. Theevaluation tool underwent hardware-in-the-loop simulationand was compared with results from the CARLA simulationplatformandreal vehicletests.Scoresof the top10teams intheparking testofthe2ndOnSite AutonomousDrivingAlgorithm Challengewereanalyzedtodiscussthe futuredevelopmentof theevaluation tool andthe OnSite platform.Theresultsshowthatthe toolprovidesascientificbasisforoptimizing automated parking functions and serves as a reference for developing autonomous driving evaluation tools.
