Abstract: In order to assist the development of the fuel celltest system and the regulation of operating parameters,it is necessary to constructasystem simulation model to optimize the matching of key parameters andanalyzeandevaluate theperformanceof thesystem,soasto formulate thecontrol strategyofthefuel cel test systemand improve the performance and reliabilityof the system.The key components were determined according tothe topological structureof the fuelcellstack test bench,component models wereestablishedand simulation modelsof the fuelcelltestsystem werebuilt,andparametersof eachcomponentinthesystemmodel werecalibrated according totheexperimental requirements.Theoutput results ofkeyperformance parameters inthe test system werepredictedand evaluated bysimulation,andthe simulation results were compared with the actualtestdata.Theresultsshow that theexperimentaldataof thefuelcelltestsystem is inhighagreement with thesimulationresultsof theestablishedmodel,andthecalculatedaverageabsolutepercentageerorof each parameter index of the fuel cellis 3.65% at most.The model can be used for the performance research of the fuel celltestbenchand theoptimizationofcontrolstrategy.Itprovidesaneffectivesimulation toolsupportfordeveloping testsystem and improving dynamic response performance of fuel cell.
