Analysis of the Quality of Disaster Weather Warning Signal Transmission in Hebei Province

Abstract Based on a sampling survey of the quality of Hebei catastrophic weather warning signals disseminated on 4 websites and 10 mobile clients， the article evaluates and ranks the dissemination quality in 2022， analyzes and discusses the evaluation results， summarizes existing problems， investigates their causes， and solves problems to ensure that the public can receive timely and accurate catastrophic weather warning signals， strive for more response time， and take preventive measures.

摘要 基于對4家網站和10家手機客戶端傳播河北災害性天氣預警信號質量抽樣調查，對2022年傳播質量進行了評價和等級評定，并對評價結果進行分析討論，總結了存在的問題及其成因，并提出了解決方案，確保公眾能收到及時、準確的災害性天氣預警信號，爭取更多響應時間，防患于未然。（剩余3591字）
