The preliminary report on the evaluation of clones in Vitis vinifera Daqing

Abstract:From 2019 to 2023,a comparative testwas conducted on11 superior lines of Vitis vinifera Daqing resources selected from the sea selection and re-selection of grapevine resource census in Wuzhong,Ningxia,inorder to screen the superior lines of Vitis vinifera Daqing with largegrains,large clusters,high yields,high sugar-acid ratios,high soluble solids contents,high vitamin C contents,strong flavors,and thick skins and fleshy skin.After 5 years of comparative trials,comprehensive evaluation and principal component analysis,8 superior lines (1808,1803, 1807,1809,1806,1810,1801,1811) with high yield,high qualityand transport resistance were preliminarily screened out.11 superior line of Vitis vinifera Daqingand the control fruit color were greenish yellowish; superior line1803,1807,1808 part of the fruit grains had obvious longitudinal ribs;The superior line 1802,1803,1807 flesh lines clearly visible;superior line 1806,1807,1809 grapes had thick skin and thick flesh;superior line 1802,1811 had grapes thick skin;superior line 1802,1803,1808 had skin toughness; superior line 1801,1803,1804,1808 had flesh moisture; superior lines 1806,1807and 1809 had strong fruit flavor;superior lines 1803 and1811 had light fruit flavor; control group had thinner fruit skinscompared to the11 superior lines.
