Abstract:In order to determine the suitable harvest period ofAmbrosia apples,set the harvest time on September 6th,September 9th,September12th,September 15th and September19th, discussed the influence of different harvest period on fruit quality,used the subordinate function methodof the harvest period of Ambrosia apples fruit quality comprehensive evaluation,selected suitable for Ambrosia apples harvest period.The results showed that diferent harvest periods had a great influence on the quality of Ambrosia apples.On September 6th,the largest fruit hardness was 9.39kg/cm2 ,but there was no significant difference between the periods.The soluble sugar content and sugar-acid ratio of Ambrosiaapples harvested on September 15th were higher than those at other periods.The comprehensive evaluation score of fruit quality of Ambrosia apples harvested on September15thwas the highest.Based on theabove indicators,it isconcluded that thesuitable harvest period for Ambrosia apples in the Luzhong region in 2024 should be September 15th.
