Abstract:Detachmentof tunelconcreteliningisacommonqualityisse.Currently,thecontrolofdetachmentmainlyrelies onobservingtheoutputpressureoftheconcretepumpandmanualmonitoringofthereservedholesinthearchofthetroley. Presetgroutingpipeswithformsareinstlledatthetopofthearchoftheliningtrollyutnoefectivemonitoringmeasures areadoptedduring thecasting process.Aftercompletion(oracceptance),radar scanning andanalysisareconducted.If detachmntoftheliningconcreteisfound,reservedgroutingholesoraditionaldrlledholesareusedforgrouting,resultingin lowacceptancerates,high groutingcosts,porimage,andpotentialdamagetowaterprofmembranes leading towatersepage andsecondaryqualityisueswiththetunnellining.Therefore,theindustryhasbeenseekingmethodsforsourcequalitycontrol oftunnelconcreteliningtoachieveprocesscontrolmanagementgoals.TheHangzhou-Shaoxing-TaizhouExpreswayonce introducedahigh-definitionprobesimilartoagastroscopytodetectthevoidsduringconcretepouring,buttheresultswere unsatisfactory.TheKeqiao-ZhujiExpresswayProjecthasbeenlistedasanationalexpresswaynetworkproject,andKezhu ExpresswayCo.,Ltdproposedamanagementconceptoftransitioningfrommechanizedtodigialtransformationintunel construction.ZhejiangCommunicationsEngineeringGroupCo.Ltd.Keqiao-ZhujiSection1developedadigitalcontroltechnology fortunnelliningelectronicsensors,whichefectivelysolvedtheproblemofvoidsintunnelconcreteliningandwassuesfuly applied in the Keqiao-Zhuji tunnel project.

2017年8月浙江省交通運輸廳下發(fā)《浙江省公路山嶺隧道機械化裝備應(yīng)用指導(dǎo)手冊》,推出“二機一橋六臺車”,簡稱“九臺套"山嶺隧道施工機械化裝備,經(jīng)過多年施工推廣應(yīng)用,九臺套設(shè)備應(yīng)用實效技術(shù)人員總結(jié)為4個層次,第一層次技術(shù)成熟且應(yīng)用良好型,如濕噴機械手、自行式移動棧橋、自動鋪設(shè)防水板臺車、自動布料二襯臺車等設(shè)備;第二層次技術(shù)成熟但應(yīng)用欠佳型,如多臂鑿巖機、電纜溝臺車等設(shè)備;第三層次技術(shù)欠成熟但改進后可推廣型,如多臂立拱臺車;第四層次技術(shù)欠完善但可以向數(shù)字化發(fā)展型,如檢測臺車可采用3D掃描儀代替、二襯養(yǎng)護臺車可結(jié)合養(yǎng)護、清掃、降塵等功能在灑水車的基礎(chǔ)上改進,二襯臺車帶模注槳孔可向視頻或智能感應(yīng)等數(shù)字化自動控制方向發(fā)展。(剩余6433字)
