Abstract：Hoteloperatorshopetoaccuratelypredictthehotelocupancyratesinordertomaximizeprofits.Thisarticle takestheoccupancyrateofahotelinChenguanDistrit，Lanzhou Cityasatimeseries.，basedontheanalysisofitsauto corelationfunctionandpartialautocorelationfunctionanARIMA（14）modelisestabisedusingRlanguage.heliability ofthe modelistestedbycomparingtheAICvalueandSCvalue.Onthisbasis，a1OOdaypreditionwasmadeforthetime series，andthefitingdegreeofthe modelwastestedusing MAPEandRMSE，theresultsshowedthatthemodelhadhigh accuracy in predicting hotel occupancy rates.

入住率是衡量酒店經(jīng)營狀況的重要指標(biāo)，對(duì)人住率的精準(zhǔn)預(yù)測能為酒店帶來很高的價(jià)值，酒店經(jīng)營者可以掌握市場需求，從而進(jìn)行差別定價(jià)，在不同的時(shí)期采用不同的收益管理策略以達(dá)到收益最大化，從這個(gè)角度來說，精準(zhǔn)的入住率預(yù)測對(duì)酒店管理的意義重大。（剩余4442字）
