Abstract:Inordertoaddressregional waterresourceshortages,thispaperfocusesontheoptimizationdesignofsmaldiameterprestressdconcretecylinder pipes (PCCP)forthe ShenshuiRiver Reservoir waterconveyanceproject.Byanalyzing the characteristicsoftheproject,theperformanceofPCCPmaterials,andconstructionconditions,areasonabledesignschemeis proposed.Theoptimizationprimarilytargetsaspectssuchaspipelinestructure,jointforms,andanti-corosionmeasureswithan aimtoenhancebotheconomiceficiencyandreliabilityoftheprojetTheresearchfindingsindicatethatsmall-diameterPCCP pipescanmtengineeringrequirements;throughoptimizeddesign,itisposibletoefectivelyreduceprojectcostswhile extending service life,providing a reference for similar water transmisson projects.
