Abstract:Interceptionnetisthefirstimportantbarrierforensuring thesafetyofwaterintakeof nuclearpowerplants.The atachmentofmarinefoulingorganismsontheinterceptionnetsofnuclearplantwillclogthemeshes,increasetheweightofthe nets,shortentheservicelifeofthenets,andincreasetheoperationriskofnuclearplantInthisstudy,wepreparedanantifouling coating withthenaturalproductcamptothecin(CPT),andapliedittotheinterceptionnetofuclearplanttoevauatetheoating efectuderdiferenttemperatureandviscosityanditsantifoulingperformance.Theresultsshowedthattheviscosityofthe antifouling coating was thekey factor affecting its coating effect.When the viscosity was 5O~6O KU (25 °C ),theweight gain rateof the antifouling coating on the UHMWPE net (5 cm aperture-mesh) was 70% 中 100% . At high temperature(35 °C ),the weight gain rateof thecoatingonthenetwassignificantlyreducedunderhighviscosity(7OKU),whiletemperaturehasnosignificanteffcton theweightgainrateofthecoatingonthenetunderthemediumandlowviscosity(50~6OKU).Theantifoulingcoatingcontaining CPTshowedstrongatifoulingeficiencyontheinterceptionnetsofnuclearplantinthemarineenvironmentoveraperiodof11 months. This study provides guidance for the antifouling design of interception nets of nuclear plant.
