Abstract：ThispaperaimstodiscussthedataprocesingandanalysismethodsofGISincartographywithspecialaention totheapplicationandcomparisonofspatialinterpolation，bufernalysisandothertechnologies.Throughempiricalanalysis，this papercoletedmeteorologicalobservationdataofacityfrom2O10to2O20，andusedinversedistanceweightingmethodand Krigingethdforspatialinterpolation，whileimplementingbferanalysistoasesstheenvironmentalimpactofmeteoological data.TheresultsshowthattheKrigingmethodissuperiortotheinversedistanceweightingmethodintemsof spatial interpoltionaccuracyanddataintegrity，andalsogetshigherscoresintermsofuserexperienceandmapaccuracy.Itsanalysis spedisrelativelyslowandmaybelimitedinreal-timeaplications.Theresearchresultsprovidetheoreticalbasisandpractical guidance for the selection of GIS data analysis methods.
