Abstract:Thispaperaims todiscuss thedesign methodandapplicationof hydraulic mechanicalcontrol systemsin mechanicaldesignandmanufacturing.Throughacombinationoftheoreticalanalysisandexperimentalverification,theresearch deeplyanalyzedthecomposition,workingprincipleandkeyperformanceindicatorsofthehydraulicmechanicalcontrolsystem.In thesystemdesignsection,thespecificstepsandconsiderationsoftheoveralldesignplan,keycomponentdesign,andcontrol systemhardwareandsoftwaredesignaredescribedindetail.Bybuildinganexperimentalplatform,acomprehensiveperformance testwascariedoutonthesystem,includingevaluationofkeyindicatorssuchasacuracy,stabilityandresponsespeed.The researchresultsshowthatthehydro-mechanicalcontrolsystemdesignedinthispapercanmetthepredeteminedfunctional requirements,has stable and reliable performance,and has high application value.
