建設(shè)項目使用林地可行性報告編制流程分析

摘  要：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，人民生活水平逐步提高，各類建設(shè)項目也越來越多。為了對林地資源進(jìn)行科學(xué)利用和合理保護(hù)，需要對建設(shè)項目使用林地的可行性進(jìn)行分析論證。該文總結(jié)近年來從事林地征占項目的經(jīng)驗，對使用林地可行性報告編制流程進(jìn)行梳理，為同類型的可行性報告編制提供參考。

Abstract： With the rapid development of China's economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards， there are more and more construction projects. In order to make scientific use and reasonable protection of woodland resources， it is necessary to analyze and demonstrate the feasibility of using woodland in construction projects. This paper summarizes the experience of woodland requisition projects in recent years， and sorts out the compilation process of the feasibility report on the use of woodland， so as to provide reference for the compilation of the same type of feasibility report.
