白光LED用稀土摻雜白鎢礦結(jié)構鉬酸鹽熒光粉制備方法及研究進展

摘 要:稀土離子摻雜的鉬酸鹽熒光粉由于合成溫度較低、優(yōu)異的化學物理性能、良好的熱穩(wěn)定性及較強的電荷遷移帶等特征在LED照明和顯示領域備受關注。該文綜述稀土摻雜白鎢礦結(jié)構鉬酸鹽的制備方法,并基于此對未來發(fā)展趨勢進行展望。

Abstract: Molybdate phosphors doped with rare earth ions have attracted much attention in the field of LED lighting and display because of their low synthesis temperature, excellent chemical and physical properties, good thermal stability and strong charge transfer band. In this paper, the preparation methods of molybdate with rare earth doped scheelite structure are reviewed, and the future development trend is prospected.
