Abstract: A large number of civil works are involved in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and how to complete the earthwork allocation is closely related to the on-site construction order. In order to successfully complete the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, this paper discusses the technical characteristics, principles and methods of earthwork allocation, and puts forward suggestions for the application and optimization of earthwork allocation technology, which provides reference for the construction personnel of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
