大型蒙皮零件化銑樣板研究

摘 要:化銑工藝是重要的零件加工工藝方法,在飛機(jī)大型蒙皮零件制造過(guò)程中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。該文介紹大型蒙皮零件化銑樣板目前的設(shè)計(jì)制造方法及存在的問(wèn)題,并重點(diǎn)介紹改進(jìn)后的2種化銑樣板加工方法及效果,提高化銑樣板加工精度和加工效率。

Abstract: The chemical milling process is an important parts processing process and plays an irreplaceable role in the manufacturing process of large-scale skin parts of the aircraft. This paper introduces the current design and manufacturing methods and existing problems of large-scale skin parts milling templates, and focuses on the two improved processing methods and effects of chemical milling models, which improves the machining accuracy and processing efficiency of chemical milling templates.
