西門子PLC與英展150S稱重儀表通訊的實現(xiàn)

摘  要：在冶金工業(yè)自動化大力發(fā)展的前提下，自動化設備操作越簡潔，對操作人員技能水平要求越低，設備維護更簡單。該實例西門子CPU S7-1515-2N與稱重控制器150S以點對點通訊的方式通訊，使用威綸觸摸屏顯示，界面操作簡潔，參數設置一目了然，免去人員翻看儀表參數時間，提高生產效率。

Abstract： Under the premise of the rapid development of automation in metallurgical industry， the simpler the operation of automation equipment is， the lower the skill level of operators is， and the easier the equipment maintenance is. In this example， Siemens CPU S7-1515-2N communicates with weighing controller 150S in the way of point-to-point communication. Using Weinview touch screen to display， the interface operation is simple， the parameter setting is clear at a glance， thus， it improves the production efficiency by eliminating the time to look through the instrument parameters.
