提升內(nèi)河航道養(yǎng)護工程全過程管理水平對策研究

摘  要：航道作為我國重要的交通公益性基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，是內(nèi)河水運事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要載體。分析內(nèi)河航道養(yǎng)護管理工作存在的短板，針對提升航道養(yǎng)護工程全過程管理水平提出對策建議，對航道建設(shè)管理者及執(zhí)法人員具有一定的參考價值。

Abstract： As an important public welfare infrastructure in China， waterway is an important carrier for the development of inland water transportation. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of inland waterway maintenance management， and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the management level of the whole process of waterway maintenance engineering， which has a certain reference value for waterway construction managers and law enforcement personnel.
