基于綜合主計(jì)劃和綜合主進(jìn)度的裝備研制計(jì)劃制定模式研究

摘 要:文章通過探索綜合主計(jì)劃和綜合主進(jìn)度方法的內(nèi)涵和應(yīng)用模式,以研制程序、工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)等相關(guān)項(xiàng)目管理工具為依據(jù),相互關(guān)聯(lián)制定項(xiàng)目研制計(jì)劃,形成基于綜合主計(jì)劃和綜合主進(jìn)度的計(jì)劃制定模式。同時(shí),以某大型核電項(xiàng)目為例,說明該模式在型號中具備實(shí)用性和可推廣性。

Abstract: Based on project management toolkits, such as development process and work breakdown structure, this paper explores meaning and application of integrated master plan and integrated master schedule. Through using relevant project management toolkits, the paper proposes an equipment schedule development method based on integrated master plan and integrated master schedule. Meanwhile, anuclear power project is investigated to illustrate the utility and generalizability of the method.
