摘  要：在各類設(shè)備的電路系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中，電子元器件屬于其中非常關(guān)鍵的組成部分。為使電子元器件能更加適合于整體系統(tǒng)的電路結(jié)構(gòu)與功能，因此電子元器件的工作可靠性相關(guān)指標(biāo)需要滿足一定的規(guī)定和要求。文章針對(duì)相關(guān)設(shè)備中所使用的電子元器件的工作可靠性實(shí)施比較詳盡的研究。

Abstract： In the circuit system design process of all kinds of equipment， electronic components are a very key part. In order to make the relevant electronic components more suitable for the circuit structure and function of the whole system， the relevant indexes of the working reliability of electronic components need to meet certain regulations and requirements. This paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the working reliability of the electronic components used in the related equipment.

在實(shí)施一類設(shè)備電路系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，所有的電子元器件通過(guò)相互連接來(lái)構(gòu)成一個(gè)有機(jī)的整體，確保電路可以穩(wěn)定工作，保證其構(gòu)成的電子裝置和設(shè)備能夠正常地發(fā)揮其功能。（剩余4268字）
