增材制造技術(shù)適航審查研究現(xiàn)狀分析及其對民用直升機(jī)的啟示

摘 要:文章對增材制造(3D打?。┘夹g(shù)在航空領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行介紹,對應(yīng)用增材制造技術(shù)制造的民用航空產(chǎn)品的適航審查方法相關(guān)的研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)和歸納。通過對相關(guān)研究的梳理為民用直升機(jī)應(yīng)用增材制造技術(shù)的適航驗(yàn)證提供借鑒和啟示。

Abstract: This paper introduces the development status of additive manufacturing (3D printing) technology in the aviation field and summarizes the relevant research results of the airworthiness certification method of civil aviation products manufactured by additive manufacturing technology. Through sorting out related studies, this paper provides some enlightenment for the airworthiness certification method of civil helicopter using additive manufacturing technology.

隨著航空航天產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,飛行器所面臨的獨(dú)特力學(xué)環(huán)境(如氣動(dòng)熱、振動(dòng)、大氣脈動(dòng)壓力等)和性能要求(如高超聲速、高機(jī)動(dòng)性、遠(yuǎn)程打擊等)對結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提出了新的課題:結(jié)構(gòu)輕量化、結(jié)構(gòu)多功能化和結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)等。(剩余7090字)
