工業(yè)生產(chǎn)線集成控制與虛擬調(diào)試分析

摘  要：工業(yè)生產(chǎn)線在投入使用之前，為了保障生產(chǎn)線正常運行，更為了維護(hù)設(shè)備，有必要對生產(chǎn)線上的設(shè)備進(jìn)行調(diào)試。基于現(xiàn)場調(diào)試設(shè)備存在成本高、風(fēng)險大等問題，虛擬調(diào)試可以很好的解決這一問題。文章圍繞工業(yè)生產(chǎn)線集成控制與虛擬調(diào)試展開分析與研究。

Abstract： Before the industrial production line is put into use， in order to ensure the normal operation of the production line， but also to maintain the equipment， it is necessary to debug the equipment on the production line. Based on the high cost and high risk of on-site debugging equipment， virtual debugging can solve this problem very well. This paper focuses on the analysis and research of integrated control and virtual debugging of industrial production line.
