非對稱液壓缸系統(tǒng)鍵圖建模與仿真分析

摘 要:針對對稱閥控制兩個非對稱液壓缸系統(tǒng)的非線性結(jié)構(gòu),文章基于鍵圖建模理論,建立閥控非對稱缸系統(tǒng)的鍵圖模型,以解決傳遞函數(shù)不易描述液壓系統(tǒng)非線性的問題,通過仿真分析表明,鍵圖模型可以精確描述液壓系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)特性。

Abstract: Aiming at the nonlinear structure of symmetrical valve controlling two asymmetric hydraulic cylinder systems, based on the bond graph modeling theory, this paper establishes the bond graph model of valve controlled asymmetric cylinder system, so as to solve the problem that the transfer function is not easy to describe the nonlinearity of hydraulic system. The simulation analysis shows that the bond graph model can accurately describe the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system.

為了實現(xiàn)長圓柱型試件的搖擺運動模擬,試驗臺采用了對稱伺服閥差動控制兩個非對稱液壓缸進行驅(qū)動的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,通過精確控制液壓缸的差動運動達到控制試件擺動角度的目的。(剩余2776字)
