Abstract:Tofurtheroptimizethemicroenvironmentparametersofsugar-free tisseculture,this studyused Qingshu No.9 as the tst material and designed different gradient experiments with diferentratiosof vermiculite to nutrient solution ( Vvermiculite : 1 Vnutrientsolution=1.0:0.7,Vvemiculie:Vnutrientsolution=1.0:0.8 mtriensoution =1.0:0.9),COconcentrtions(500 μmol/mol, 800μmol/mol , 1100μmol/mol , 1 400μmol/mol ),and light intensities to investigate the effectsof each treatment

onthe growth and development of potato tissue-cultured seedlings.Thelight intensitywasset at 50μmol/(m2?s) 75μmol/(m2?s) , 100μmol/(μ2?s). The results showed that the optimal conditions for sugar-free tissue culture of potatoes were as follows : , CO2 concentration of 800μmol/mol ,and light intensityof75 μmol/(m2?s).
