Abstract: Afterthe main shaft of the fan wears out, grooves are easily formed locally on the main shaft,affects the normal operation of the fan.To repair,remanufactureandutilize it repair of worn fanspindleusing laser clading technology.Testedthe hardness,mechanical properties,microstructure,andother properties of therepairedsamples using laser cladding technology. The results indicate that using optimized process parameters: laser power 2500W, scanning speed 20mm/s ,powder delivery speed 2.5r/min ,conducted laser cladding repair.The surface hardness of the sample is about 295HBW,the surface hardness of the sample has been improved.The tensile strength of the sample is ,theyield strength is ,and the forward impactabsorptionenergyis 93J, thelateral impact absorption energy is 74J,and the backward impactabsorption energy is84J,allmet the relevant requirements of the base material.The coating hasno defects suchas pores or cracks,uniform structure.Itcan be seen thatthe laser cladding process is feasible for repairing the fan spindle.
