Abstract： In heat treatment processes，the cooling performance of the quenching medium directly determines the internalqualityof theworkpiece and controls the degree of deformation of the parts.The temperature control of quenching media is often handled passively or by instaling cooling towers for temperature reduction. However， cooling towers frequently fail to meet environmental requirements due to their high noise levels.Therefore，it is esential to design an environmentally friendly，low-noise quenching oil temperature control system for quenching oiltanks.This systemaims toregulate the temperatureof thequenching oil，reduce oil vapor emissions，decrease the noise of existing equipment，and address the challenges faced by businesses located near residential areas due to noise，which can adversely affect their operations.
